How to Access Private Forums

Requirements for Access

To access the Debates and Hot Topics (Private), Relationships & Intimacy (Private) and the Online Journaling (Private) Forums *or* to start new threads in the Classifieds or Business Cards forums you must have been a member of the TCOYF Message Boards for over 90 days and also have over 200 posts.

Submitting a Request for Access

To request access, send a Conversation to the Forum Administrator mail box. You can initiate such a Conversation by selecting the "Start Conversation" link on the Forum Administrator Profile.  Until you have access, these forums will be invisible to you.

Where You'll Find the Private Forums

Once you have access, you'll see the Private Forums Group:

• The Debates / Hot Topics forum
• The Relationships & Intimacy forum
• The Online Journaling forum

You will also be able to start new threads in the Marketplace Forums:

• The Classifieds forum
• The Business Cards forum

If you prefer to have access to one or two of the forums, you can request access on a forum by forum basis.
