How do I add a signature?

When you're logged in to the forum, on the top right you will see a link 'Edit'. Click on it to access your profile.

Your profile has 3 tabs - select the Site Options (center) tag.

You can type the signature in plain text OR click on the HTML link and type HTML code.

You can make use of the filmstrip icon (Insert Media) to add images.

To add links, first type the text you want to display, then highlight it and click the link icon (chain) to add links to your chart or blog, etc.

Quick HTML for getting signature is below:

To add a pic: <img src="http://imageurl.jpg" />
To add a link: <a href="http://yourlink.com">Text that Displays</a>

My signature is not appearing, what happened?

Chances are good your HTML was broken. The software will not show it properly until the error is fixed.

It is best to create a signature using the tools or typing html.I believe there is a character limit on the signatures and bio on the new site and currently it won't accept more than 250 characters so limit your html to less than that.
