Another December baby here (the 16th) and it never bothered me. I like/d it actually. It was fun as a kid to have Thanksgiving, my B'day, Christmas and New Years all sort of fall in line. As I got older it was fun too because my schools (private) always seemed to let out for the Holidays on my birthday so that meant there either wasn't school

I think you're fine. Like PP said the main reason is the artery and sleeping on your left side allows for maximum blood flow. With DS I'd wake up on my back and just move again. Your body will let you know when something needs to change, hence the reason you're waking up (I would think anyway). I couldn't intentionally fall asleep on

It depended on DS's age and what we were doing. When he was itty bitty it was usually the swing and he'd be in there while I was in the kitchen cooking.
