Re: Thinking of stopping co-sleeping... need advice
.
Mt attitude with cosleeping is that it doesn't have to be an "all or nothing" kind of thing.
Ditto the above. We half co-slept from 0-12 months. I'd bring him to bed to nurse and I'd try to remember to put him back in the pack'n play or crib, but sometimes I'd fall asleep while he

Re: 2 year old + Bedtime = Disaster!
summerose- That's awesome your DS is doing so much better. Hopefully he's adjusting to the new normal which hopefully means you'll all be getting more sleep soon. I haven't thought of laying DS down everytime he tries to stand up, but maybe we'll try that tomorrow. Anything's worth a try at this point. Tonight only took 45 minutes

Re: 2 year old + Bedtime = Disaster!
Not to hijack the post but we already have a bedtime routine that's been the same every night since 5 or 6 months; bath, book, song, bed. He's screaming about a minute after I put him down in the crib unless I hold his hand or stand right next to the crib or pat his back. If I even try to sit in the chair near his crib he screams bloody murder

Re: Anyone doing an IVF or FET in September or October?
I joined, and most of them are doing IVF's. It looks like it's a group "expecting" because the details are cut off. Click on groups- infertility and then Sept-Oct-Nov 2010 IVF

Re: 2 year old + Bedtime = Disaster!
I don't have any suggestions for you unfortunately, but we are dealing with the same thing. Our disruption was a vacation where he slept in our room for a week, then he was sick for a week and now we can't get him to sleep with out us there either. I'll be following this thread very carefully. I really feel for you. It has to be so much

20 month old swallowed an apple stem
My 20 month old likes to eat apples and prefers to eat them himself. Well apparently he hasn't learned NOT to eat the stem... This morning he accidentally ate it. Should it pass thru OK or should I be concerned? I don't know how big it was as he helped himself to the apple off the kitchen counter this morning. Nothing is safe now since we have

Re: Can you gain weight during IVF?
I gained about 10 lbs over the course of my fertility treatments, IVF included. But I attribute this mainly to me not riding my horse while I was cycling, which is my primary source of exercise. If my exercise routine hadn't changed I probably would've gained about 5 lbs. mostly due to bloat from the meds.

Re: Anyone doing an IVF or FET in September or October?
Thanks Cheri! I attempted to "join", I STILL haven't gotten the hang of the new buddy group format yet. I kind of liked the more open format on the old ovusoft buddy groups. I'm willing to make a change though. ;)
