34F. No MFI. On HBC for 16 years (pills for 13 yrs, then 3 yrs w/nuvaring) ... anovulatory once we ditched the ring. Lots of clomid and timed sex with no luck. Dx "thin" PCOS (ovaries cystic, AMH = 10, BMI 21) ... This cycle was metformin 500BID, 50IU follistim, trigger shot and IUI, with endometrin suppositories BID. I tested out my trigger from 6 dpiui (8dp trigger) and it faded nearly completely by 10dpiui (12dpt) then resurged. Test lines today (13dpiui / 15dpt) are darker than control and any of the prior trigger lines. Beta tomorrow. Cautiously optimistic. :)
