Wow, still shocked that I finally got my BFP after 13 months TTC. I have only had 3 cycles since coming off BCP in March 2011. My last one started February 14th and it resulted in this pregnancy! Since my cycle was dragging on and on I decided to try acupuncture to help me O. Not even a week later I O'd on CD56 and got a + pregnancy test this morning at 17DPO. I swear it was the acupuncture! I am hoping my experience/chart will help someone who O's late or has long, irregular cycles. Remember that you are not alone!

Thanks girls!! O yes, quite the egg chase. It was a looong cycle. I was getting stressed and frustrated to say the least when I didn't see a temp shift...but was so relieved to see that long awaited shift on CD56. I am now a true believer in acupuncture...and I only went twice! Crazy how things turn out!!

I did acupuncture years ago when I was 35 and got prego w/my DD and now I'm thinking since I'm over 40 I should try that again.  I only went 3 x!

About acupuncture, how many times did you go? and how much was it each time?? if you dont mind my asking....

Hey everyone!! Thanks sooo much for the "hoorays!" I'm still in a state of shock....had to take another test this morning, just to be certain, and the line came up right away...phew!!

grace10209 - I went for my first acupuncture treatment on CD51 then Ovulated on CD56. I then went for my second treatment on CD59. It was $120 for the initial consultation and $65 every other time I went. I absolutely loved it and hope I can continue to go even being pregnant. Not sure if they recommend it, but I'll be calling them on Monday to let them know I got my BFP!
