this cycle was very very long and had to take Provea to force AF to start. after my meds i got af 3 days later

Some girls report positive changes in their cycles after taking Vitex.  Do you think, with such long cycles, you might have PCOS?

Been checked no PCOS.. just  a crazy long cycle

my doc put me on Provera  to bring on AF

This started after Bfeeding 2 yrs ago , messed my cycles right up

so hopefully provera cleaned me out and see how this cycle goes:) this cycle looks different already

You may also try acupuncture:-)

I mentioned PCOS cause I was reading a lot about it... I was finally diagnosed with PCO last year- (after seeing 3 dr.)  I have normal cycles (26-30) and am slightly underweight- go figure... Anyways- GL with getting back to shorter cycles!
