I've been ttc#2 and had 2 mc so I know some of what you've gone through. I will say a prayer for you that it's a sticky bean!

Re: your health problem- if you have insuline resistance (one of the reasons for PCOS) it is important to have a low carb diet, no sugars etc. And maybe your dr. can give you Metformin to keep the sugar levels at bay. I have the same thing (thin PCO) and doing all of the above...

Do any of you ladies who have ovulated and gotten pregnant this late in your cycles have any success stories? I know my RE doesn't like anyone to ovulate after CD 19 due to poor egg quality... @ askarita: Yes, thanks! Metformin's the plan! :) I kept my RE appt for Dec. so that we can go over my lab work and discuss where to go next if this pregnancy doesn't work out.
