Description:

This is my 3rd month charting. I have hypothyroidism. Last two months I ovulated around Day 18. I haven't been doing OPK's. My temps are all over the place and I had some random spotting a few days ago. Any clue as to what's going on?

This looks annovulatory to me. I would say you probably haven't Oed yet (as of Thursday). I hope you've gotten some higher temps over the past few days!
