I would try some B6 to help w/the progesterone and see if that works.
First, I don't think your temps don't look that low. Second, I'll tell you what I know about progesterone. My RE said progesterone fluctuates and that having blood tests are usually not useful because it could appear low one minute and not low the next. He said to get accurate results you'd have to do serial blood draws for a day or more. A better indication of progesterone is to look at your uterine lining, LP length and temps during your LP. Lining should be at least 7 mm and LP length should ideally be at least 12 days (according to my RE and other sources) and temps should be 97.7 or above (according to the book).
I learned this because I also suspected low progesterone and both my RE and TCM doctor told me my progesterone levels were fine, even though the blood draw I had technically showed a "low" level. Of course, your case may be different but that was my experience. Maybe something to think about? GL!
In my above comment, the first sentence should say, "...I don't think your temps look that low." Sorry!
This is exactly like y cycles and I just wondered about an update, how have things gone the past 6 months?
