Description:
This was my first month charting BBT. I was taking vitex for the first time this month (last month my cycle was 60 days). The agnus castus (Vitex) reduced my cycle my 20 days. Yay! Disappointed with my luteal phase :(

Add B6 to lengthen your LP. GL! Babydust!

Yes! Aiva is so right. I started B6 (as P5P) @ 60 mg a day, and my luteal phase went from 9 days to 12 days (and counting) after one cycle. I am taking both Vitex and B6, and this month's chart looked great for me, in terms of FP and LP legnths!

Try 60 mg a day, and if that doesn't help within one cycle, then boost it to 80 mg, and so on and so forth. Just do not exceed 200 mg. You do want to be on the lowest effective dose for yourself. Good luck!

when do you take the B6. I heard to take it with your prenatal but it says on the bottle not to take any other medication within a couple of hours of taking prenatal

There are a lot of meds that won't be properly absorbed if you take them right around the same time as your prenatal vitamin because of the calcium and iron in it. However, B6 is probably already in there in small quantities and boosting the dose shouldn't hurt anything.
