Taking VITEX, Vitamin E, Wild Yam cream, L-Lysine, and a custom Fertility Blend (based on the Dr. Christopher's formula). Thought for sure this would be our month for conception, but it just didn't work out.

Can you explain all those are supposed to do please? I've been thinking about starting Vitex, I take L-Lysine when I get cold sores is it good for fertility too?
