Dark spotting from 7-14 dpo, then fine. Really bloated and gassy @ 5 wks+, thought it was my baby-bump! While on vacation in Maui, I started bleeding with AF cramps, thought it was a m/c. Needed emerg surgery, D&C + lost left tube, all on the day of our 1st wedding anniversary. You don''t always get terrible pain with the start of a rupturing EP - if in doubt, please check it out!
