1st cycle charting 40 yrs old BFP 12DPO

Description:

m/c June 1, waited 3 cycles to start trying again. Unsuccessful first 2 attempts. What I tried differently this time was OPK, pre~seed,BBT,checking cervix and stayed lying down for 30 mins after BD. Obviously something worked this time! BFP 11DPO, I''m so excited! Hope it sticks this time.

Congrats, looks great!! I'm 38 and still trying after a year, nothing :( This give me hope

Do you need pre-seed if you have slippery CF?
