I am not quite sure how you have managed to get all your meds to show on your chart along with constipation etc. How do you do that? I am now and struggling a bit. Thanks M
Ive seen that too shellymay99. its just makes me think. if she was adviced to do it or its her own choice. coz if it works for her i may try it on my next cycle. am still waiting to confirm if il have my AF or not.
