Once my TSH was under control (Levoxyl) we tried for another year on our own, using fertility acupuncture and Chinese herbs. Finally, at the two-year TTC mark, we decided to try Clomid 50mg + trigger + IUI. We cancelled the first two cycles because Day 11 ultrasounds revealed two mature follicles on the right ovary, where I have a blocked tube. Out third and last attempt before moving onto IVF gave us two on the right (again), but also a big one on the left. I was not expecting the IUI to work because I had only one egg that had any real potential of being fertilized, and I was also convinced that I ovluated the day before the IUI. But... I was wrong!

Hypothyroid 1st full cycle on synthetic T4

Loos low progesterone too..
