Unfortunately, it irritated my skin turning it red after I used it. I plan on trying a different kind next cycle. I didn't spot this cycle but once my tempature dropped I stopped using the cream. It took about 4 days to start after I stopped using the cream. I am going to use a smaller dose for the next cycle...Probably around 200mg. I am also seeing an Acupunturist.

alright ladies! have a question?

So I'm suppose to start taking progesterone tonight but i just want to make sure i ovulated. I thought FOR SURE that I was pregnant because my temperatures looked good and the Prometrium made me have major cramps and sore boobies. I felt the exact same way I did when I found out I was pregant before I miscarriaged. This was my first cycle after my miscarriage and I ovulated 2 days later than I normally would. I had a lot of spotting in the beginning and at the end of my cycle even on progesterone. I thought it was odd that I was spotting at the end my cycle since I am on so much progesterone. Maybe my body is still trying to get back into sync. I am disappointed once again but I am focused on next month now. The progesterone made me very moody and cranky.

BFN, Chlomid, HCG Trigger, IUI & Progesterone

It's been a year TTC and after this last IUI round, I need a break so I'll be taking the next couple of months off. I am a chronic spotter, but the spotting seems to have gone away in the last two days. i am taking natural progesterone cream, and have been every LP for the last 5 months. I think its really worked in regulating my cycle. I took 200mg/2xday vaginally in my LP from 3dpo until 14dpo. I stopped the morning of 14dpo, when I got my bfn. I started spotting (red) the same day. I had all the pregnancy symptoms too throughout the LP. So, I learned that I can't trust any of my symptoms, including temps throughout my LP while I am taking Prometrium.

Beautiful Chart no BFP

Here is the completed chart as promised.
