I took a month off after the last MC and now BFP!! I&#39;m really hoping this one sticks - I can&#39;t face another MC. It feels different though - I got the BFP at day 9, whereas with the other pregnancies, I didn&#39;t get BFPs until day 13 and 14. Also, I&#39;ve already thrown up, which never happened with the last pregnancies either. I don&#39;t want to go get betas drawn, because 1. it&#39;s expensive and 2. there&#39;s nothing that can really be fixed this early on anyways. If I&#39;m going to miscarry, I&#39;ll find out on my own soon enough. I didn&#39;t realize that the lube we were using (astroglide then oils like coconut oil) while they were not spermicides, they weren&#39;t necessarily sperm friendly either. She told me I likely have PCOS and prescribed metformin. 2 weeks after started the met, I O&#39;d for the first time in months! 6 weeks later, I O&#39;d again and 10 days later, a BFP! This is my second cycle since getting my Mirena removed on 3/16/2012. I was regular before Mirena, had no periods while on it (6 years without periods!) and went right back to regular cycles once it was removed. Taking fish oil, fertilaid, b6, b12, and we used preseed this time for the first time!! Also I really think bding morning after temp shift makes a huge difference. This was the fist time we tried that. My LP is 12 days with spotting and a temp drop that day so I had a good suspicion this morning. Mild cramping and twinges for 5 days now. Been off bcp since January 2010. Charting since January 2011. DH and I SO happy!!!
