I just try to sleep at least 3-4 hours in a row and take my temp right when I wake up. It seems to have worked out right, even though my temps are not taken at the same time every day. My cervical mucous was also pretty obvious. It seems like I did ovulate, even though I didn't think I would on my first cycle post Mirena.

Cycle 4 post BCP, TTA

None.

Cycle 3 Post BCP TTA

None.

2nd cycle post BCP, TTA

TTA using condoms, work 3 12-hr nights a week

I work 7p-7a

None.

Odds Times Baker

I work odd times throughout the week, sometimes really early, other days not so early. I dont know if this cycle screwed me up or what, but with all the signs and the date of my U/S, Im sure it was the W/D that resulted in this blessing. When I work nights, I generally take my temperature around 12-1pm, and only after I''ve had at least 3-4 consecutive hours of sleep. I''ve found, after a few months, that my temps after working around about 0.3 degrees higher, so I subtract 0.3 from my temps on those days. My temps after working are on CDs 1-6, and 15-20.

12 hr nights

None.

working 12 nights 3 days a week

None.

1st time working night shift on the weekends

This is the first time I worked the night shift and as you can see from my check marks, I didn''t start my 1st night shift until a few days after ovulation which was good b/c I am not sure if I would have had a dealyed ovulation or even an annov. cycle due to the shift change. However, I did notice I had a hard time with my temps in my LP since I was temping in the afternoon instead of at 7am. I Hope to see more charts on here soon.
