I have only had 3 cycles since coming off BCP in March 2011. My last one started February 14th and it resulted in this pregnancy! Since my cycle was dragging on and on I decided to try acupuncture to help me O. Not even a week later I O&#39;d on CD56 and got a + pregnancy test this morning at 17DPO. I managed to conceive once on the third round of 100mg Clomid, but I had a m/c due to a blighted ovum in April 2011. I tried 100mg Clomid again after the m/c, but this time, it didn&#39;t work. So, I am now at an RE who thinks I have the thin person variant of PCOS. We haven&#39;t started treatment, yet, but I DID have my HSG this cycle on CD13, which is supposed to increase fertility for the first few cycles afterwards! In the meantime, I&#39;ve been taking Femaprin (Vitex + Vit. B6) for several months, and it seems to help me ovulate, albeit quite late. I stopped taking it mid-luteal phase, just in case. I hope that this embryo is healthy and sticks with me! Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers!!! I had a miscarriage last November that happened right around this same time in the pregnancy. I have been spotting since 5 DPO, and CD 33-37 was actual bleeding. In fact, I would have thought it was AF (complete with cramps) if it hadn&#39;t been for continuing high temps. But I think the spotting is getting lighter each day. I started taking 50mg of B6 during my last cycle to help with spotting and short LP - guess it didn&#39;t help with spotting, but I wonder if it&#39;s helping this one to stick.... Has anyone had a successful pregnancy with spotting and bleeding like this? I&#39;ll see my doctor ASAP, but is it safe to assume that things are okay as long as my temps stay high? I&#39;m trying not to worry so much and just stay calm!!
