Clomid was making my cycles unpredictable, so before heading to IVF, we decided to do an unmedicated IUI (no Clomid, but with trigger shot). We finally decided to do Clomid 50mg + trigger + IUI. In the first two attempts, day 11 ultrasounds revealed two mature follicles on the right ovary, where I have a blocked tube, so we cancelled the trigger and IUI both times. We decided to try one more time before moving on to IVF in December. This time there were two good follicles on the right (again), but also a big one on the left. I wasn&#39;t expecting it to work, since there was only one egg that was a real possibility, and I also thought I ovulated the day before the IUI. I was finally diagnosed with endometriosis during a laparoscopy in June. My doctor was able to remove everything and we tried one month unmedicated with intercourse with a BFN. We then did Gonal-F with IUI and surprise BFP 9dpo and 9dpIUI. This was my very first IUI so I wasn&#39;t expecting this at all. It was so faint I originally threw it away then realized my temperature dipped and raised again so I dug it out the trash hoping. Well sure enough the faint line was there and I took another test to be positive. I went in for blood work to confirm it to make sure I wasn&#39;t imagining it and I was right! We did two rounds of clomid prior to the surgery and got BFN&#39;s both times. I triggered on CD12, AM, and had the IUI on CD13, AM, 26 hours later (not sure how to put IUI into my chart!) We BD&#39;d again on CD14 to cover our bases. I am 30 and DH is 29 - low motility and PCOS. I&#39;ve been getting faint positives on ICs since the morning of 8 dpo/dpiui and a light, but def there BFP on a FRER this morning (9dpo/dpiui). I hear that Ovidrel 250 is equivalent to about 6500 mu, in which case, it would have been out of my system around 6-7 days after the trigger. Can I trust this BFP?? It is our first attempt at TTC. We used frozen donor sperm. We did 2 ICIs (vaginal inseminations) at home and 1 IUI. I have charted for 5 months, received fertility treatment with acupuncture and TCM for the past 6 months. We still can&#39;t believe it worked. I just went in for my first beta and will have the second beta done tomorrow.
