The typical annovulatory chart has temperatures which zig-zag up and down throughout the cycle in no apparent pattern. Cervical mucus may be present on and off throughout the entire cycle as well. Spotting and long periods may also be associated with annovulatory cycles, although the presence of either of these conditions alone does not indicate an annovulatory cycle. A single annovulatory cycle is not a cause for concern, but if they occur frequently they may indicate an underlying fertility problem that should be addressed by a healthcare professional.

This section is for completed charts demonstrating the above characteristics. This section is not intended for questions. If you have questions concerning an incomplete chart feel free to share your chart in the Charting Questions gallery. Click on a link to view the charts:

Did I ovulate???

This is pretty typical for my charts. (For the past couple cycles I have had to use provera to induce a period after 60 days) It doesn't look like I ovulated at all, so I'm not sure how it ended. This cycle I had my hsg which is why I had spotting cd8-11. I guess it is nice that I don't have to take provera this time, but this is a weird chart!

3th Chart in a row that looks annovolatory, EXTRA LONG

Hello Ladies, I got married 7 months ago, moved to a new country and started from scratch, before that my cycles where pretty normal, a little longer than usual but not longer than 35 days, I also had my tempts over 97.0 but lately, my last three cycles have been extra long, no obvious thermal shifts and eventually I would have my next period around day 60! Help! Should I attribute it all to my new life now, do you think is that or looks more complex than that? I appreciate your insight. Menstrual cycles are always 24 days. Acupuncture and herbs have helped relieve all PMS signs/symptoms. One round of Clomid yielded hot flashes, which seemed to indicate to my RE/Acupuncturist that I was not a good candidate for Clomid (besides the fact that I was ovulating every month and Clomid is used for annovulation). One round of injectables/IUI. Never been pregnant. TTC for 2 1/2 years. DH has super sperm.
Started DHEA/CoQ10 in March and had my first 35 day cycle. This is my second cycle after starting these supplements, and now annovulation and no period. U/S and bloodwork on Day 24 look as if I was on Cycle Day 2! FSH taken twice comes back at 50 and 48. Stopped DHEA/COQ10 immediately.

39 Day Annovulatory

3rd annovulatory cycle I've had in 12 months of TTC. Only this month I have started to note cervical signs and I am not very sure enough to document it. We have been ttc#1 since March 2012. I have always had perfect 30-31 day cycles, but everything went out the window last December when some stressful events happened. I had 2 months of no AF, then a month of sporodic spotting, then 2 short cycles (21 days and 23 days) with very early ovulation (CD7 and CD9) and 14 days LP, but very clear temp rise after ovulation. And now this month my temps are low for so long (today CD39). Does this look annovulatory or like a waiting to ovulate chart (probably a long cycle?) or could it be something else that I am not aware off? I would really like to get your opinion as to what I should do or not do. Thanks in advance!

another annovlutory cycle - now on to 150mg clomid

Bugger! first cycle of 50mg was annovlutory ans second which was 100mg clomid I O'd on day 13, then this cycle...Next I will be on 150mg.
