I had never heard of FAM until I decided to go off bc. My husband and I decided this looked like a good alternative. I can't figure this month out at all. We have had a lot going on this month, but I've had not thermal shift and I was suppose I should start my period next week. I borrow the TCOYF book from the library, but I think I'm going to need to purchase my own so I can review charting and what it all means. DH and I started May 2008 and finally got out BFP May 2012. We were going to start the IVF journey August 2012. We are glad that we can conceive on our own.

I thought I was out on this cycle as I had tan colored CM on 12 and 13 DPO but it's gone now. I am going in for a beta today ... Hope this little guy/gal sticks as I have fibroids and polyps.

so close...

looked good... woke up on 17th day to a temp above coverline, but not to be this time around... period came with it...discouraged...

Pregnant After Husbands Vasectomy Reversal

40 years young! We have been charting and TTC since July 2011, a few weeks after my husbands micro vasectomy reversal,(see my bio). This cycle is my first full cycle, (and second month,) on Metformin ER 1500mg daily for PCOS/insulin resistance. I have had long 40 day cycles since TTC. The only thing we did differently this cycle was Metformin. Also we used Instead Soft Cups for the very first time after IC on high fertility days. Pregnancy test on day 11 FRER was a real squinter with my eyes crossed! Day 12 FRER was light positive in the afternoon and I was fairly certain. Day 13 confirmed with digital.
Symptoms are sore breasts, (feels like let down reflex when Bfeeding). Also a big glob of creamy on day 10 which I never have. Have been taking vitamins, supplements, vitamin D and using Natural Progesterone cream day 16 until menses for the last several cycles. My husband has also been taking vitamins and supplements for fertility. I have been trying not to overwork myself and to let my body prepare to become pregnant. I have cut out carbs and sugar and do light exercise. I am 45 pounds overweight. We feel very happy and blessed. Interestingly enough my first positive pregnancy test was exactly 9 years TO THE DAY of my husbands original vasectomy! Coincidence? I think NOT! The pain that has occupied my heart for 9 years has been lifted! God is good!

I ovulated! 1st month following vitex, reflexology and acupuncture

I've had major problems with anovulation so decided to take the 'alternative' route. This is the result of regular reflexology sessions, 1 acupuncture session (on day 12 of this cycle) and I also started vitex on day 4 of this cycle.

It's much longer than normal and my luteal phase, which has ALWAYS been 13 days (when I do manage to ovulate) has been extended. However I am so happy that by body finally managed to produce a little eggie!!! Do you think I ovulated on day 24 or 29?

I was really starting to think this was my lucky month - temps went much higher post O than ever before and my cervix stayed really high, but alas no..... Maybe next month :)

I'd love your feedback :)

41, breastfeeding 24 m old, bfn followed by 19 days high temps

We were not ttc, but imo, we actually did. Had blood work done and hcg was less than 3, progesterone 10 at 16dpo. All hpt tests were neg except a possible evap line on a EPT blue ink test which showed a faint positive on day 13.
