If you are charting your fertility signs manually, then you may want to download and try TCOYF Fertility Software for 15 days for free.  TCOYF automates the Fertility Awareness Method according to the rules found in Taking Charge of Your Fertility.  If you use TCOYF Fertility Software, the charting and interpretation are performed automatically after you enter your temperature, cervical fluid and other data.  TCOYF identifies when you are fertile, when you have ovulated, when you may be pregnant, and projects future fertility so you may plan your pregnancy.
