Kate - congratulations!!! Yay! Sending lots and lots of sticky vibes! Feel free to drop by grads when you are ready.
Holly - for showing, but so glad it's easier this time around. Hope you can get some great home improvement projects done while you're in the wait.
Sammy - lots of for the nightmare party you had last weekend. What a hard afternoon. Those talks with people can be so hard b/c you know they are trying to be helpful but it's just so darn . Hope you're hanging in there. Has your new cycle started yet? I know you want to be moving forward asap.
Sending love to everyone else.
Didn't mean to steal the flip ---- this is going out for some very sticky vibes for Kate's new BFP
Kate, YAYYAYAYA!!!! Tons of sticky vibes for you! I had a feeling when I read your post the other day!
Hoping everyone else is close behind.

Thanks everyone for your well wishes. Today I went to my doctor's to get my HCG level measured and while I was there I noticed heavy spotting. The spotting has decreased, but I am really scared. I spotted throughout my last pregnancy and got through that and a subchorionic hematoma with a bleed only to find out at a routine checkup (after seeing our baby with a heartbeat 3 times) that our little one stopped growing at 8 weeks, 5 days.
This weekend I tried to stay so positive and told myself I was not going to get worked up about spotting, but obviously that did not last.
I am trying my best to stay calm and relaxed but am anxious to get my results tomorrow.
Kate
Spotting is totally scary. I'm sorry that you are having to deal with that. I hope your test results are positive and the spotting goes away so you can relax a little.
oh Kate - I'm also so sorry about your spotting. it can be so scary. Also hoping for some reassuring news from your betas soon. Sending and
Kate- I am so sorry for the spotting and the anxiety. I pray that you have great betas. Lots of love and support coming your way.

Here is what I've learned from my profession: Life is short and sometimes it really isnt fair but you can live and make the most of it while you have it .
Kate - I'm sending your way for the spotting. I know how nerve-wracking that is, and I'm praying that all is OK and you have great betas to come.

Kate - here's that there's nothing seriously wrong - have you have your progesterone tested a well? You might just need supplementation

Kate- first off, congratulations!!!!! And then for the spotting and the worry.
You all are the best! Your support and encouragement means a lot to me and has really helped. I'm glad I am not the only one who stresses out about spotting.
I finally at the end of the day got my beta level from yesterday and it was 409, which my doctor is happy with. My spotting has decreased today and has thankfully been all brown, but is still there. Unless my spotting continues, my doctor does not want me to come in until 7 weeks to get a sonogram. Having gone in 2-3 times the first few weeks last time to recheck my beta levels, I am thinking that less measurements may be a good thing. However, I am not sure I will make it that long without going in again. Maybe I need to try to accept that (one way or another) this is a different pregnancy experience and I need to stop comparing it to last time ...
Thank you all so much!!!
I meant 2-3 times per week the few weeks last time.
Kate - congrats on a great first beta. Wishing you lots of peace if you decide to wait till week 7 for the u/s. It's such a nerve-wracking time! Sending more sticky vibes!
Kate - congrats on the great beta and sorry about the spotting but it can be very normal to spot in early pg ! Agree with prior post - I would push to get a second beta to check the doubling time and your progesterone tested as the spotting could be from a low P4 level, which could be aided by supplementation. If they won't do it there are several labs you can pay to get your own blood work done (prices are pretty reasonable). You can google it but here is one that I have used before: http://www.privatemdlabs.com/. I think Julie has used this one too.
Good luck and keep us posted !

Kate, for the good first beta! Hoping that spotting takes a hike for good! I'll be keeping everything crossed for your 7 week appt to get here SOON if you decide to wait. I agree with Rox though about getting a 2nd beta and progesterone test. At least for peace of mind.
Sammy, how are you doing? I've been thinking about you. Let us know how things are going when you get a chance.
Hi all! I have a bag full of digital pregnancy tests that I never used. They always came free with a box of regular tests that I used, or OPKs. Anyway, they can be expensive so I would prefer not to toss them. If anyone would like them just PM me with your mailing address and I will ship them off! I can split them up if I get more than one taker. There are plenty!
Sending lots of to all of you!
Lea- wow, I totally would've still been peeing on all those digitals!
Kate- so glad things are going well. Hope you get in if you want or can hang in if you have to wait till 7 weeks. Ugh, time goes sooooo slow, huh?
Hi Holly, Lora, Sammy... anyone else?
Okay, seriously, I know we've all wanted to clear this place out, but I unfortunately don't think the world (or ovusoft) is really free of 30-somethings TTC#1 after loss..... we need some new blood in here! Or for Holly, Lora and Sammy to graduate NOW.....
Hi All-
Just checking in. Kate for a good second Beta, as always, Rox's advice sounds sound.
I'm just waiting for and working like a dog. Haven't had much of a chance to check in on the boards. Hope you all are doing well. HOlly where are you in your cycle? Wish it were the old days and we could check each other's charts easily.
Hi Lora, hope you are well. What's next?
Happy spring everyone- I'll check in when I can. What's happening with Joylene?
Sammy

Sammy - ugh you are still waiting on the witch - will they induce if she doesn't show up soon? Joylene is still preggo but should be any day now - she was 3cm and starting to efface last time we heard from her!
Amy - agree we need Lora, Sammy and Holly over in grads !!
Lora - been thinking a lot of you lately too - hope all is well ! Check in when you can!
Thanks, Rox and Amy! I want Lora, Sammy, and me to move over to grads, too! I'm so glad a lot of you have recently moved over. Maybe we can get some new peeps in here while the rest of us wait.
It's very exciting about Joylene! Hope she's doing great.
I can't get this to unbold...oops!
Kate--So glad to hear about your good beta. I hope your spotting is gone by now!! I can see why you'd want to do fewer betas this time around--I'd think the testing might put you in Anxiety Testing Mode where you're always waiting for either results or the next blood draw.
Sammy--can't believe you are still waiting on . Grrrrrr. Hope you have more time to check in later and work slows down.
AFM--Nothing much going on, just hanging out on CD13. I've instituted a policy of trying every other day. Every day hasn't worked for us in the past and DH gets cranky if we try to save it up for several days until I've gotten a +OPK (although that worked last time...it's risky to try to time it perfectly like that, though, right?).
I've gotta say, I really don't like TTCA. It's so much tougher emotionally this time around and it wasn't a piece of cake the first time. I've been to my therapist several times since the m/c, and the last two times I've walked in there and started crying almost immediately. That's so unlike me. I hate crying in front of people. Anyway, I can't seem to get out of blahsville. And I'm not getting the support I need from people IRL--I just don't know how to ask, you know? I need to learn say, "Yeah, I'm glad your neighbor's new baby is so adorable and falls asleep on your shoulder. Awesome. Can we lay off the baby stories for a while?"
