I am new to this particular section of the forum and it seems very active so I am looking forward to getting to know you!
Question: what is the earliest you have gotten a BFP with an early pregnancy test?
I am resisting taking early pregnancy test (well I cheated today...and I am only 6 days post-ovulation I think!) It is so hard for me to not test but at the same time I know its money down the drain when I test too early!

My earliest was 8dpo, but it showed up after the time limit. My usual is 9dpo. I would say hold out until 9dpo (although I never do ), I have take alot of tests, and for me 9 dpo always gave a pretty definite bfp instead of having to quess if it was +. Hopefully you get some good news in a couple days.

Prior to yesterday I've never gotten even a hint of a squinter before 11dpo and I've had 10 pregnancies (only 4 to term). But yesterday I got a squinter at 7dpo on a Wondfo and at 8dpo today a nice solid line on a Wondfo and also an FRER. I've seen other ladies get positives at 8dpo, but my understanding is that it is extremely rare.
I think there have been posts in the past asking the same thing and if I remember right, the consensus is that 12dpo is the best time to test before AF if you want to have a pretty good chance of getting a believable line.

8dpo with third morning urine! 10 dpo beta was 43 I think. I felt implantation the night of 7 dpo and my boobs were on fire. This was on a frer.

I got my BFP with DS at 12dpo with a FRER and with this little girl at 10 dpo with a FRER. My LP hovers around 10 days, though, so this was right in line with a missed/late AF. My friend got her BFP at 7dpo ;)

Squinter on a wondfo at 7dpo... not so squinter on a FRER at 7dpo
Squinters on Wondfo's at 12 dpo, I thought they were all evaps. So I had a blood test on 13 DPO which confirmed that I was indeed pregnant. Unfortunately we lost that baby a little over a week ago.
DH and I - both 35TTC #1 Three miscarriages (March 2000 July 2005 December 2011) BFP 10/27/2011! Due July 6, 2012 Saw heartbeat on December 1, 2011 - strong 167 bpm! Went for routine visit on 12/15/2011, no heartbeat, no fetal growth. So devastated. D&C 12/19

My earliest was 8dpo with ds#3. It was an Aimstick and very light. Then I got a BFP with a FRER and a digital. My betas with him were very high, I think he must have implanted very early.
This time, it was 12dpo..but, I didn't try to test any earlier than that. It was NOT a squinter by 12dpo. I think I probably could have gotten a BFP at 9 or 10 dpo had I tried.

With my last pregnancy, I got a super light squinter at 11 dpo.
This time I got BFNs all the way to 10dpo when I got a super light squinter on a Life brand (Canadian supermarket brand). It was so light that DH could never see it (even after it dried a couple of days later). I also got a very light line on an FRER the same day. It took DH about 20 minutes to see it (and I still think he may have just been humoring me). Plainly visible lines on 11dpo and a positive digital on 12dpo.

8 dpo with wondfo (pink handles the 25 mlu not the new 10 mlu) bought from amazon.
At 7 dpo I had a converse squinter - the area that should have the second line was actually whiter than the rest of the strip (and I dipped 3 strips in the same urine and got the same funky response).
With my pegnancies before that, I didn't test till the day AF was due.
