Hi all. Hope everyone is doing well and that any tests or procedures or just plainBaby Danceing your head off is going well, and I'll scatter around a few bags of Baby Dust as well on my way in the door:)

My SO, Eric, will be moving here to Atlanta with me, I hope in about 10 days to 2 weeks, for a new job, we hope. In addition, we want to work on what we hope is our first Baby, I want 3, he wants whatever, but i digress. At this point, we'll be happy with whatever we get, so long as it's healthy and in good shape!!! Anyways, he's been drinking celery juice to help his ..libido, after a major round of depressing setbacks, both personal and professional, that left him not interested in anything but sleeping and moping. He said it seems to be helping as he's noticed..improvements in . quantity when. handling matters (sorry if TMI there).

Is there anything else he can or should do to get the paddlers in good condition for their hopefully upcoming race? He's not been smoking or drinking for several months, I guess one benefit of being broke, lol, and when he last had a SA done a few years ago, all looked well. I just know that time isnt being nice to us, with our ages and all, getting a late start, so every little help helps.

Thanks all, and good luck to everyone. Hoping for a bumper crop of BFPs this year.

I've heard that zinc is good for swimmers.  Not necessarily libido or anything, just that it's good for them.  My DH has a multi that has zinc in it, or you could get a separate supplement.  Good luck!

I've heard that Vitamin C is also beneficial as well as Copper (I think).  On Doctor Yourself, he's the doctor from the documentary Food Matters, he discusses fertility (http://www.doctoryourself(dot)com/fertility.html).  The part about "if you want to conceive" is about halfway down the page.  Good luck!!

Good luck to you two! I believe the "Making Babies" (the proven 3 month plan one - I can't remember the title or authors right now!) book has a good cheat sheet for what supplements in each amount we're all supposed to be on for optimal TTC. Check that out and make sure his vitamins cover the bases. HTH!

Best  and Baby Dust to all!

TTA for now....

I've heard that bluberries(lots of them) are good for libido. Another trick that I read was BD on an empty stomack. Bloods needs to go where it is supposed to, not in the stomack to digest a meal. Good luck!!!

IF there are no apparent MFI problems, normal diet, exercise should be fine for him. Fertility blend is good for me, and maybe a multi-vitamin. Selenium, Zinc, Vit C & D are all good to various issues (motility, morphology) - have you also been checked out?

Me: 37; DH:38

MFI, one tube, high FSH (12.8)

DS (December 2009) after 3 years of IF, IUI, injectables, and surprise BFP prior the month between a failed IUI and scheduled IVF/ICSI.

Now on to the journey for Number 2.....

Doing the usual: progesterone (cd15-25), accupuncture, TCM, vitamins, and even Baby Dance ! ROFL !

Laproscopy (4 May 2012) confirmed only one working tube.

June 2012: Clomid (Serophene) from CD4-8. 2 lovely follies on the LEFT side (whoop!) (but 2 cysts on each side; Doc says cysts can block the follies.... Angry  Last month trying.
