    Why did I decide to pick up jogging right at the start of winter? Today it was below freezing but sunny so that helped.     Running sucks...... grey and cloudy today, like my lungs. Took Jackie the squirrel hunter again today. She persisted on trying to stop at every spot previously pissed on by another dog. Then decided to poop at the precise moment a lady was passing with her dog. Did I bring plastic baggies to dispose...

    Took a different route today... shaved 10 minutes off my time... hmmmmm.... new route shorter?! Oh well, now I know. I still worked up a sweat!

    Lungs hurt less, woo! Legs hurt more, boo. Took Louie, the 35 lb. frenchie with me. The day's beauty was blocked out by visions of him pulling me in the red wagon neighbor kid left parked in their yard. Ahhhh.... that would have been a lot more fun!
