1. Because I'm a bitter, infertile chick who now has to see other people's recent posts whenever I click on "forums." This means that I'm stuck seeing subject lines complaining about being pregnant, surprised about being pregnant, questions about being pregnant, etc. If I wanted to see those subjects I'd go look at them in pregnancy support or announcements. With this lovely new format, I don't have a choice. And on my most bitter days, I want to tear my hair out when I'm greeted by a subject line saying something like "SICK of being pregnant!"
2. Because I can't tell who wrote a post until I click on it. When I DO go to pregnancy announcements, I can no longer just scan the page and see who got their BFPs. I have to click on each individual post. This goes for all of the forums - I used to read certain posts just because I "know" the person writing them. So much for that.
3. Because when you click on "who's online" it tells everyone where you have been, and I don't think it's anyone's business which thread I've been reading.
4. Because I miss being able to see ALL the forums on one page without having to click on "more."
5. Because the new format is SO much harder to read and determine who is commenting.
6. Because signatures are limited and most people haven't replaced theirs, and that's how we all learned about each other's histories before we answered a post.
7. Because our charts don't show up as avatars next to our names anymore.
8. Because even when I click on someone's chart in their signature, it doesn't open up in a new window.
9. Because writing personals in message boards is impossible now since we can't look back at the post while replying.
10. Because I'm starting to equate the loss of these forums to the loss of my pregnancy two months ago, and that's just wrong.
