    Why did I decide to pick up jogging right at the start of winter? Today it was below freezing but sunny so that helped. I knew I would feel great after going, but I was mostly hoping the jog would relieve some of the terribleness (if that is a word?)...

    My 14 lb. squirrel hunter, Jackie went with me today. She is such a good girl! Again it was a beautiful day. Yet I know in my head winter is just around the corner and am wondering how many times I will roll an ankle on unshovelled sidewalks?

    Lungs hurt less, woo! Legs hurt more, boo. Took Louie, the 35 lb. frenchie with me. The day's beauty was blocked out by visions of him pulling me in the red wagon neighbor kid left parked in their yard. Ahhhh.... that would have been a lot more fun...
