Reasons I have talked myself out of jogging after successfully completing one week of jogging:
- I need new shoes, my feet hurt
- Had to go grocery shopping instread, literally would have starved to death if did not
- Raked leaves in front yard... pretty much the same as jogging
- Woke up with a sinus infection
These are all true and in my opinion valid reasons not to go jogging..... so why do I feel so guilty?
