I feel like I just got started and I am already having to put the breaks on things. 

Long story short, I got ringworm from my dog and eventhough I have tried to treat it with OTC ointment for the last week (yes, figured out it was ringworm on Christmas Eve .... Merry Christmas to me) it has gotten worse and spread.  I went to the doctor today and he prescribed dyflucan.  Take one a week for the next 8-12 weeks .... and he said DO NOT get pregnant until it is out of your system.

I am really really upset by this.  I mean it would be one thing to just not get pregnant while I was trying, but to sit on the side lines and watch the cycles pass knowing I can do nothing about it is really frustrating me.

There are a million silver linings, like; more time to save money/pay off debt, more time for my cycle to regulate after BCPs and for me to learn what is giong on .... but all I can think right now is "go freaking figure, just my luck.  Why couldn't I get ringworm 3 months ago when I wasn't TTC ANYWAY"

As my mom says, this too shall pass.
